RUA Pinot Noir has a rich and generous palate, with black cherry, raspberry and plum notes supported by vanilla and classic Central Otago dried herbs. A subtle spiciness adds to the complexity. The silky tannins are well integrated in this fresh and vibrant Central Otago Pinot Noir.

This Central Otago Pinot Noir is lavishly layered with sweet, ripe, red berries, underpinned with savoury characters and a touch of spice.

Ruffino Chianti DOCG is an approachable, easy-drinking wine that has predominantly fruity and floral aromatics, with hints of spice and hazelnut. The palate is soft with a medium body and nice balance, displaying pleasantly fruity characteristics.

Hand crafted, bottle aged and fermented Marlborough Méthode Traditionnelle. Created in celebration of and tribute to Dawn Ibbotson, the matriarch of Saint Clair, who accomplished one hundred years on 12 December 2014. The aromas are elegant and inviting. Biscuit, baked pastry, meringue, wafer and lemon zest combine with layers of citrus fruit and oyster shell. Palate shows a subtle citrus thread with brazil nut and pastry characters, biscuit and dried fruits. Elegant and complex with a rich palate and fine mousse.

Flavours of passionfruit, grapefruit and crisp green apple with a salty minerality. Pale green in colour. Intense tropical aromas of passionfruit, grapefruit and green apple with a hint of jalapeño pepper. Herbaceous, rich and weighty with flavours of white stone fruit, grapefruit pith and blackcurrant. The palate has a generous mouthfeel with a salty minerality and a clean fresh finish.

Rows are planted north-east to south-west at a 43 degree angle rather than the typical north to south. This leads to slightly greener characters in grapes on the south facing side and more tropical characters in grapes on the north facing side. The resulting wine is therefore multi-dimensional and complex. The site is cooler than some other areas of the valley and hence slower to ripen. The distinguishing flavours are crushed herbs (often associated with the coastal Awatere region) and an absence of sweaty characteristics.

Pale pink with slight copper tinge. The light and creamy palate has a refined seamless structure showing freshness and further berry fruit, with a long and elegant finish.

Straw in colour. Deliciously complex with rich layers of honeycomb, dried apricot and fig. The luscious, opulent palate is layered with dried papaya and savoury ginger, with an intense and generous finish. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to develop gracefully with further bottle age over the next ten years.

Free spirit in a bottle - SAINT X captures the free and authentic spirit of the Mediterranean. On the palate, this Rosé is refreshingly crisp and lively. The Grenache imparts a juicy, red-fruited core with flavors of ripe cherries and red currants. Syrah contributes a gentle spiciness, with notes of white pepper and a touch of lavender. Cinsault brings a delicate, silky texture, along with flavors of pink grapefruit and a hint of tart cranberry. A small but important addition of Viognier and Rolle complete the wine with some floral aromas of white blossoms and hints of apricots. A perfect balance of freshness, precision and spontaneity.
