Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... conjuring up a super crushable, super crisp Extra Cold IPA. Brewed with a bohemian lager yeast, crispy grains and a load of aromatic hops including Riwaka, Rakau, Motueka, Citra and Mosaic. 6.5% ABV.

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... brewing up their latest batch for the annual NZIPA challenge at Smith's Craft House in Queenstown. As Kiwi as a bungy jump in Budgie smugglers, their all-star all-NZ IPA is jammed with new season Nelson grown Riwaka, Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka hops, all nestled on juicy Gladfield malts, harvested from the Canterbury plains. 6.5% ABV.

Brewed with crisp pilsner malts and loaded with a generous dose of dry hops including Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, Citra and El Dorado, and cold conditioned for a smoother mouthfeel.

Over at Bach Brewing they've been reminiscing sun drenched days on the family farm, in Hawke's Bay, picking tree ripened apples from the orchard. So, why not turn the sunshine and apples into classic cider pleasure. Bach Brewing sourced multi-varietal apple juice from the sunny Hawke's Bay, for their cider maker to weave into a full flavoured Scrumpy style cider, medium-dry, crisp and with golden colour.

Their big people Milkshake Hazy IPA infuses lactose, and real crushed fruit of mango, pineapple and passionfruit on a juicy malt base, and crammed with a heap of Nectaron, Superdellic, Simcoe, and Azacca hops. Expect a smooth, silky, creamy texture, bursting with tropical fruits. It's likely to dance on your tongue...

Bach Brewing have been on the hops again... reminiscing a glorious safari trip pre-Bach Brewing days. Their latest brew is loaded with a Rhino's weight of Riwaka, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic and Citra hops, and juicy malts originating from the fertile plains around Feilding. 8.2% ABV.

Over at Bach they've been on the new season sticky bud cone hops ... from Freestyle Hops farm in Moutere, Nelson. Sticky and dank with lupulin, they've jammed in massive loads of fresh harvested green cones and pellets of Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Motueka. 6.3% ABV.

Originating from East Coast USA, the New England or Hazy IPA style de-emphasizes hop bitterness and showcases hop flavour and aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit juice. Bach Brewing have brewed their first hazy IPA with a juicy combination of Maris Otter; wheat malts, oats, and a truck load of tropical fruit driven hops from NZ, Australia and USA. 6.2% ABV.

Mosaic and Citra Hopped. Lower in alcohol than our usual Hazy IPAs and stupidly easy to drink. Like pouring smiles on your brain.

Behemoth's signi-chur beer. This is NZ hops in a bottle or glass. A tropical hop fruit salad if you will. A refreshing bitterness that makes you want to come back for another sip or gulp. This beer is all about having a great flavour packed bigger tasting beer and enjoying the churness of good friends and family. Chur!

That was before I needed something Churly, there's a jar of pickle juice in the abadango cluster. If I get it, we'll make a sour just for Churly's Brewpub, it'll be awesome! Let's go in and out, quick 20 minute keg adventure. Okay, so well, then it won gold at the Brewers Guild Awards, so we just had to make it again. We made a bit more than a keg this time round, so we needed A LOT more pickle juice. Enjoy an out of this universe Pickle Sour mixed with McClure's Sweet and Spicy Pickle Juice.
