While quietly ageing in their seaside bond store in Oamaru, Dunedin DoubleCask has gained a golden auburn colour and aromas of beeswax and fresh cereal, toasted oak and soft spices with a delicious, long fruity finish. An elegant single malt with depth and characters that make this whisky a truly enjoyable experience.

South Island Single Malt, distilled from malted New Zealand barley, aged in American ex-bourbon barrels. This non-peated single malt has been slowly maturing in The NZ Whisky Collection's seaside bond store in Oamaru. Deep honey comb and orange in colour.
