With vines planted in 1999, the Nga Waka Lease Block vineyard produces exceptional grapes year after year. This wine will improve under sound cellaring conditions for 6-8 years and provide pleasurable drinking for many years thereafter. Unfined and unfiltered.

Northrow is named after the northernmost row of vines in vineyard which sees the most sunshine throughout the day. Highlighting the vibrant flavours that come from these long sunny days, this Marlborough Pinot Noir is showcasing bright cherries, raspberries and smooth tannins.

Upon release the wine is bright ruby in colour. There is a teasing array of vibrant red fruit on the nose including raspberry, pomegranate, cherry and plum. Spice and herbal notes, as well as a savoury underlay, add to the wine's complexity. While the palate has generous fruit weight and velvety tannins, it is balanced with refreshing acidity and a structure that gives the wine classic North Canterbury tension and pinosity.

Land that was once a high country sheep station is now a flourishing vineyard. Sheep and rabbits co-existed on the land for quite some time but the sheep couldn't keep up with the nocturnal activity of the rabbits, and in the end were driven off the land. Rabbits now run free on the vineyard and fuelled by high altitude Pinot Noir, some are reputed to be the size of ponies, but that's another story... The Rabbit Ranch Pinot Noir is made in a very soft, fruit forward, low tannin style - a wine to be savoured and supped, rather than an assault on the senses.

The 2022 Twelve Barrels Gibbston Vineyard Pinot Noir is a single vineyard wine displaying the elegance, power and grace generated by Rockburn's Gibbston Back Road Vineyard site. Dark and concentrated, the Twelve Barrels displays notes of bramble fruit, truffle and cedar char, with lifted florals.
