Over at Bach Brewing they've been reminiscing sun drenched days on the family farm, in Hawke's Bay, picking tree ripened apples from the orchard. So, why not turn the sunshine and apples into classic cider pleasure. Bach Brewing sourced multi-varietal apple juice from the sunny Hawke's Bay, for their cider maker to weave into a full flavoured Scrumpy style cider, medium-dry, crisp and with golden colour.

Steinlager is a lager with a distinctive grassy note and clean crisp bitterness of green bullet hops. It is balanced with a dry, astringent finish.

Over at Bach they've been on the new season sticky bud cone hops ... from Freestyle Hops farm in Moutere, Nelson. Sticky and dank with lupulin, they've jammed in massive loads of fresh harvested green cones and pellets of Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka and Motueka. 6.3% ABV.

Let's go in and out, quick 20 minute keg adventure. Okay, so well, then it won gold at the Brewers Guild Awards, so we just had to make it again. We made a bit more than a keg this time round, so we needed A LOT more pickle juice. Enjoy an out of this universe Pickle Sour mixed with McClure's Sweet and Spicy Pickle Juice. In Cryoville the echo of 'Honey I'm Home!' rings out across town at just after five each night, followed by the crack of a can being opened, and a sigh of delight upon the first sip. This juice-bomb hazy IPA features the cryo versions of two of our favourite American hops: Citra and Mosiac. The result is a full flavoured hazy IPA with notes of citrus, stonefruit and melon.
