Forager Chardonnay is a pure expression of place, crafted from hand-picked grapes grown on a tiny chalky hillside vineyard in North Canterbury. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention, the wine is gently whole-bunch pressed and naturally fermented in French oak barrels before aging without fining or heavy oak influence.
